Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with one of our
products, you may request a refund or replacement within 30
days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Please e-mail us to issue such request and
be sure to indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction. If
a refund is requested, a credit will be issued and will
appear on your billing statement. If a replacement is
requested, your request will be processed immediately and a
replacement will be sent.
